- Permit: When a permit is required, we pull it.
- Rough-in: New lines are installed, pressure-tested, and inspected before walls are closed.
- Finish: Once walls, floors, and cabinets are in, we set fixtures and make the final connections.
We’re your plumbers — not your remodel contractor
RapidsServe does the plumbing. We don’t lay tile, hang drywall, install cabinets or flooring, or act as a general contractor. If you’re working with a contractor, we’ll coordinate with them on the plumbing schedule. If you’re managing the project yourself, we’ll tell you what plumbing needs to happen before and after the other trades come in.
Remodel plumbing questions
Can you move my sink anywhere I want?
Usually, but not always. Drains need the right slope and venting, so some moves are simple and others take more work. We’ll tell you what’s practical before you commit.
Do I need a contractor too?
For plumbing-only changes — like moving a sink or adding a utility sink — you may only need us. If your project includes new walls, tile, flooring, or cabinets, you’ll also need those trades.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. RapidsServe is fully licensed, so when a permit is required we pull it and see the work through inspection.
Is financing available?
Yes. Financing can help you get your project done now and manage the cost over time.
