24/7 Emergency Plumbing
Plumbing emergencies don’t wait for business hours — and neither do we. Burst pipe, sewage backup, or water where it shouldn’t be? Call 1-844-6RAPIDS any time, day or night.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
If water is going somewhere it shouldn’t, or you can’t use your water or drains, call us right away:
- Burst or leaking pipes
- Water coming through a ceiling, wall, or floor
- Sewage backing up into tubs, showers, or floor drains
- An overflowing toilet that won’t stop
- A leaking water heater, or no hot water at all
- Frozen pipes in cold weather
What to do while you wait for us
- Shut off the water. Your main shutoff valve is usually where the water line enters the house, near the water heater, or at the meter by the street.
- Leaking water heater? Turn off the cold-water valve on top of the tank, and turn off the power (electric) or set the gas valve to “off.”
- Stay safe around water and electricity. If water is near outlets or appliances, turn off power to that area at the breaker — only if you can reach it safely.
- Sewage backup? Stop running water and flushing toilets until we arrive.
- Move valuables and electronics out of the way, and take photos for insurance.
